I just wanted to let you know how much your books have meant to me. I think I’ve read most of them, maybe not the very early ones. You are among the very few historical romance writers that are so far above the rest of the field. I love your story lines and the depth of character development. I find so much wisdom in the ways they express themselves and how you show the growth of their self-knowledge.

I have a folder on my computer called “Inspirational Quotes” from many writers, poets, philosophers, etc. And several of them are yours. Something one of your characters said that touched my heart, felt like truth and wisdom. I did of course, give you credit as I do each quote from any source.

So, thank you so much Mary, for many hours of excellent entertainment and comfort in hard times.
